With a focus on real food and the incredible effect it has on health, fertility and longevity, Steph launched the Natural Nutritionist in 2011 and is on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives.
Dr Sean W Cain
Dr Sean W Cain is a circadian biologist with over 20 years expereince in the field and is an Associate Professor at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University. His research focuses on the effects of light on the human circadian system and how our modern light environments and light-related behaviours effect our health.
Dr Libby Weaver
Dr Libby’s health messages embrace her unique three-pillard approach that explore the interplay between nutrition, emotions and the biochemistry of the body.
