Q: Are tickets refundable if I can no longer attend?

Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable.

Q: I can only attend one of the days, can I purchase a one-day ticket?

The Health & Nutrition Summit in Caloundra is organised as a two-day event. As seats are limited, tickets are sold to attend both days only. If you can only attend one day of the event, you can always transfer your other day to another person. 

Q: Is food included or should I bring my own?

You are welcome to bring your own food. Complimentary tea and filtered coffee will be provided during the breaks as part of the ticket package. There are also numerous local cafes and restaurants where you can purchase morning tea and lunch during the breaks.

Q: Is there a program available?

The program containing the schedule of speakers and their respective days will be available during registration on the first day of the event. Due to changes that may occur, we are unable to release this information prior to the event. 

Q: Can I bring my children?

As much as we love children and would love for them to be in attendance, the event is not suitable for children under the age of 16. We would recommend making alternative care arrangements for them. If you are breastfeeding a young baby and need to bring them, please contact The Nutrition Academy team to let them know prior to the event.
